Returns / Exchanges
If you changed your mind, or if something doesn't fit, send us an email at hello@softandsticky.com within 7 days of your order's receipt to initiate an exchange or a refund. All sale and custom made items are non refundable. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States due to the complexities of international shipping, customs processes and logistics. All international sales outside of Canada and the U.S. are considered final sale.
Please consider shopping mindfully as most pieces are handmade to order and made specifically for you. We enncourage you to review product descriptions, size charts, and any other relevant details carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure on sizing, we recommend ordering a Ring Sizer Tool to get the most accurate fit.
In order to be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any items that are noticeably worn, scratched or damaged will not be accepted within our discretion.
Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be reflected on your refund amount or alternatively, a full return in store credit. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for paying any shipping expenses to exchange/return your item.
You are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. This includes the cost of the return label as well as any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred when returning items from outside Canada. Please note that any returns sent collect or requiring payment upon delivery will be refused and not accepted. All courier and freight return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Soft and Sticky is not responsible for return merchandise if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, so we recommend that you ship your parcel with a trackable shipping service and to purchase shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10-20 business days for processing. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please be aware of delays and be patient. We reserve the right to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund within the receipt of your order. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment less a 15% restocking fee or a store credit in full.
If you purchased the wrong size, you can exchange and resize your piece up or down for a resizing fee of $50 per ring(s) and $40 per bracelet(s) and necklace(s).
Sale items and custom orders (ie. 10k/14k gold jewelry, custom sizes on rings and lengths on necklaces, bracelets, etc.) are all final sale and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Holiday Exchange Terms
To relieve some of the stress of gifting, we’re making it easier for you by extending the exchange policy for orders made between Nov 14th – Dec 31st. If you receive a gift between this time during the holidays, you can try things on, see how it feels and have a chance to make an exchange if sizing is off. Please reach out by January 14th to hello@softandsticky.com to coordinate an exchange.
