Holiday Exchange Policy

To relieve some of the stress of gifting, we’re making it easier for you by extending the exchange policy for orders made between Nov 17th – Dec 31st, 2021 to January 7th. If you receive a gift between this time during the holidays, you can try things on, see how it feels and have a chance to make an exchange if sizing is off. Please reach out to hello@softandsticky.com by January 7th to coordinate an exchange for a size that best fits you.


Returns / Exchanges

If you changed your mind, or if something doesn't fit, send us an email at hello@softandsticky.com within 7 days of your order's receipt to initiate an exchange or a refund. In order to be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be reflected on your refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to exchange/return your item. Soft and Sticky is not responsible for return merchandise if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, so we recommend that if you are shipping an item over $100 to use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance.

If 7 days have gone by since your receipt, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items and custom orders (ie. 10k/14k gold jewelry, custom sizes on rings and lengths on necklaces, bracelets, etc.) are all final sale and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
