Most pieces are handmade-to-order, please allow up a 2-4+ week window for production before it's shipped from your purchase date. Upgrade in shipping will not affect production lead time; however we (may) be able to accommodate rush production. Please email hello@softandsticky.com for requests. Delivery times are always estimated and never guaranteed. If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit and we cannot offer refunds for any missing, lost, or stolen packages. At this time, orders are unavailable for pick-up.

Tariff Update Effective August 29 (08/29/2025)
At the time of writing, the De Minimis threshold has been removed on orders going to the U.S.
Soft and Sticky’s products are made in Canada and meets the rules of origin under CUSMA/USMCA (Canada, United States, Mexico Agreement). U.S. customers should not expect to pay import duties or tariffs on orders received, and our products are exempt from U.S duties. However, other costs may still apply such as your state sales tax and brokerage fees. For the time being, please expect shipping delays for high volume of shipments pending Broker Clearance at the border.
In the case that a shipment incurs duties and tariffs, there will be an attempt to dispute the charges. However the customer is responsible if any duties and custom fees are incurred, and shall be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. If a delivery is refused due to duties and custom fees, the shipment will be considered abandoned and disposed by the shipping carrier and the order is not eligible for a refund. |
