If there are items in my order for myself and for a gift, is there any way you can separate it?
Items in your order will be by default packed together. If you want certain items to be packed individually, please leave a note at checkout. Alternatively, you may make separate orders. If you purchase multiple items shipping to the same address, your orders will be combined to ship together when all items are ready.

What is the last day to place an order to arrive in time for the holidays?
For orders going to Canada and the USA, please place your orders by November 30th to ensure you receive it in time for the holidays. We work on a made-to-order production so we appreciate your patience for shopping earlier.

Can you write personalized notes?
Every order comes with a postcard addressed to the name of the one who made the order. If you'd like to add a personalized note if your order is a gift, we can print it onto a postcard. Please leave a note at checkout to let us know if you'd like a personalized message or if you want it addressed to the name of your gift receiver.

I received a gift, can I exchange it for another size?
If you received a gift from the holidays, there is an extended exchange policy for orders made between Nov 18th – Dec 31st, 2022. Please reach out by January 14th 2023 to hello@softandsticky.com to coordinate an exchange and allow 1-3 business days to respond.
