Shipping policy

Soft and Sticky ships to Canada, the United States and internationally. Many pieces are made-to-order, please allow up to a 2-4 week window for production before it's shipped from your purchase date. Upgrade in shipping will not affect production lead time, however we (may) be able to accommodate rush production. Please email hello@softandsticky.com for requests.

For deliveries outside of Canada and the United States, shipping will be calculated during checkout and your order may be subject to duties and customs fees when you receive your order.

If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
